Our Terms and Conditions :
• Deposits : For a stay of 1 or 2 nights, the sum of your deposit is equal to the first night.
For a stay superior or equal to 3 nights, 30% of the stay will be required.
• cCancellation: In accordance with the article n°1590 of the French civil code “any poured deposits of guarantee remain definitely acquired”.
• Cancellation politicies of our establishment: Cancellation more than 21 days before the arrival date, refund of the deposits after deduction of 32€ for the registration fees. Between 21 days and 8 days, refund of 50% of the deposits Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: the deposits are not refunded Cancellation less than 72 hours before the arrival date: the deposits are definitely acquired and one night is owed For any interruption of the stay not signalled 72 hours before the arrival date, the value of one night will be invoiced by the hotel, for indemnification.
• The timetables:
Your room is available from 3 pm and is to be left by11am on the day of your departure. However, if you need to leave the hotel later during the day, you can contact the reception and we will do our best, when possible, to give you satisfaction.
Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30am to 10:30am, and in the room up to 11am.
Dinner is served from 7pm to 9pm.
• Booking Conditions: To guarantee your booking, a check or your credit card details will be asked. If your arrival is planned after 11:30pm, please contact the reception: 02.98.50.10.12.
• Confirmation: Your booking can be confirmed by post mail, fax, email or SMS. An access plan and the brochure of the hotel can be sent on request.
